My very first chair as cabinetmaker’s apprentice. I have for a long time admired and respected the work of Hans J. Wegner and this chair was my first attempt to walk in his foot steps. It started with a paraphrase over the backrest of Wegners PP502 office chair.Prototype made of french walnut and treated with cherry red/brown oil, seat upholstered with aniline leather.
